Our normal production processing turnaround time for custom embroidered or printed items is 2-weeks after logo or art approval. You must then add Transit Time, (the time it takes UPS to deliver your order). In-stock, blank orders are shipped within 2-business days.

We mostly ship from Cheshire, CT, 06410. Ground shipment depends on your destination and is done through UPS. If you are in New England or the Mid-Atlantic states, the on-the-way transit time is 1-2 days. If you are on the West Coast, the on-the-way transit time is about 5-days. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS.

Super RushProcess!
Turnaround within 4 to 6 business days from receipt of logo approval, qualifies for in-stock orders only. Super RushProcess! charge adds 25% premium to order total before shipping cost.

RushProcess!
Turnaround within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of logo approval, qualifies for in-stock orders only. RushProcess! charge adds 15% premium to order total before shipping cost.
